What is vegetarian?
- People who generally exclude meat, fish and chicken from their diet and eat a variety of plant-based foods are vegetarians. Most vegetarian diets are rich in fiber and low in fat, especially the unhealthy saturated kind. It can help lower cholesterol, blood pressure, aiding in the prevention of heart disease. (Google)
Based on my research there are 3 kinds of vegetarians:
There are 3 kinds of vegetarians:
Total vegetarian - Those who exclude all kinds of meat and animal-based products as milk, butter and eggs.
Lacto vegetarian - Those who do not consume meat, chicken and fish but allow milk andmilk products.
Lacto-ovo-vegetarians : Those who consume milk, milk products and eggs but exclude allkinds of meat.
I'm not a vegetarian person but I really admire who want to be healthy and have a good body. I'm a slim person and not a vegetarian. I want to be fat like others don't like, I think they don't want to be fat because of the people who insult them in their body.
Pros and con vegetarian:
Pro: Better weight color
- Some people pro in vegetarian because of the weight control, people who follow vegetarian-style eating healthy foods and it can result to lower-calorie, more filling foods, such as vegetables, fruits and beans. Obesity is a risk factor cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and some types of cancer.
- I think if I choose if pros or con I choose pros in vegetarian because it's more heahlty and less sickness.I'm not a vegetarian but soon I want to try.
